Property Manager

Hannah Parks manages commercial and multi-family properties throughout the East Bay at MRE Commercial Real Estate. She works closely with property owners, tenants, and vendors to oversee day to day operations, leasing, maintenance coordination, and property improvements with a focus on responsive communication and efficient management.

Her responsibilities include leasing vacant units, coordinating maintenance and capital improvement projects, preparing owner reports, conducting property inspections, and working closely with vendors to keep properties operating smoothly. Hannah enjoys the variety that property management brings and takes pride in finding practical solutions that benefit both property owners and tenants. She values building strong relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and everyone she works with.

Hannah is a licensed California real estate salesperson. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring the Sierra Nevada, traveling, staying active, and tackling home design projects.
