Beatrice Aguda joined the MRE team in 2026 as a Marketing and Admin Assistant. Based in the Philippines, she supports the team with a mix of marketing, creative, and administrative work that helps keep things organized and running smoothly.

Her day-to-day work includes creating marketing materials and graphics, managing email blasts and campaigns, preparing invoices, ordering property signs, and handling mailings. She also helps keep track of sales and leasing inquiries and is often one of the first points of contact for prospective clients.

Beatrice enjoys the creative side of her work, specially designing materials based on the needs of each team member and helping bring their ideas to life. She also enjoys learning new tools and finding ways to make everyday tasks more efficient.

Beyond her professional commitments, Beatrice loves spending time with her family, especially traveling and visiting new places. She is also a big anime fan and enjoys playing mobile and PC games in her free time. For her, a good anime series or gaming session is the perfect way to relax and recharge her creativity.
