Jim Hoang specializes in the representation of owners and tenants in sales and leasing. Jim is known to be highly analytical and takes a proactively strategic approach in navigating the changing market. Jim places great value in working with clients to fully understand their challenges so as to best develop action plans that deliver optimal results.

Jim works alongside Matt Gondak, co-founder and Managing Partner at MRE. Jim’s service to his clients ranges from performing market and financial analysis and due diligence, to negotiations, project coordination and project management.

Jim holds a BA in Sociology and a degree in Marketing from UC Riverside, as well as an MBA from Mills College.Jim is a travel enthusiast who is always up for an adventure. When Jim is not traveling, he spends his spare time hiking, fishing and training for running competitions.
